Alprazolam Online Sales Pre race and got base was just next to the Palace. Usual debate in my head deciding if I wanted to wear arm sleeves or base layer. Base layer won with 5min to go. Luckily they woke up at about 7km and decided to pick the pace up. Next was into transition and grabbed the bike. Priority was to get fuel in on the first uphill. The route was nearly 40km with 2 loops. It was undulating with over 400m elevation. It just rained the whole time but route was lovely taking in country roads. Finally back in for the 5km. Usually I leave my bike shoes attached to my bike and run into transition in socks but not this time. It was so wet. Transition could have been quicker but my hands just didn’t work and couldn’t get my helmet off. Once on the course it took until 2km until my feet regained feeling but run felt good. Turns up this was a quicker pace than run 1. I could see another girl just in front of me but she was just too fast. As such I came in under 2.5hrs and 3rd female.
